We plan for the future

The Sisters of the Divine Savior, North American Province, are gathering for Chapter February 20-23, 2015.

Every three years, as specified by the Rule of Life of the Sisters of the Divine Savior, members of our USA Province gather in Milwaukee to assess what we’ve accomplished and to discern a direction for the future. We call these gatherings Chapter. The name fits because it’s an opportunity to write a new chapter in our lives as Salvatorian women religious. It’s not unlike a strategic planning session in a corporation, except that it is done in an atmosphere of prayer and discernment. We ask for your prayers as we come together for the next four days, inspired by the words of our co-founder, Father Francis Jordan: Go forward courageously and faithfully on the path Providence shows.
